Dumpstaphunk, George Porter Jr., Jon Cleary, and more will take part in the Farmstand Live music-meets-dining outdoor concert series outside of New Orleans starting later this month.
Produced by Farmstand Entertainment, the two Saturday events will take place at Shrine on Airline in Metairie, LA just outside of New Orleans over back-to-back weekends. First, Dumpstaphunk will celebrate the release of their forthcoming Where Do We Go From Here studio album with Smoke N Bones and Soul Brass Band on Saturday, April 24th, while Jon Cleary and George Porter Jr. and Runnin’ Pardners will be joined by Honey Island Swamp Band on Saturday, May 1st.
Along with a ticket to the show, the cost of admission will also provide attendees with a farmers market produce box and a boxed dinner from one of four featured restaurants, as Farmstand Entertainment looks to jumpstart New Orleans’ cultural economy coming out of a year plagued by COVID-19.
Tickets for the April 24th and May 1st concert events are on sale now here.
