The Disco Biscuits are offering livestreams of this weekend’s concerts at Showtime At The Drive In in Frederick, Maryland. Couchtour.TV will broadcast both shows with the band set to take the stage at 6:30 p.m. ET/3:30 p.m. PT on Friday, April 23 and Saturday, April 24.
“We’re grateful to be back on the road playing music – people are staying safe and socially distant and still having a great experience. At the same time fans that can’t make the trip can still participate and enjoy the show at home through Couchtour.tv,” explained tDB guitarist Jon Gutwillig, the creator of the Couchtour.tv platform. “It’s [Couchtour.tv] really becoming a vehicle for the community to interact and grow, no matter where they are.”
The Couchtour.tv platform streams shows at the highest quality video available, as they will be filmed and delivered in 6k video with high-definition audio. “As we start to see a slow return to live music and events Couchtour.tv can really start to shine, because there is really just one music community out there – live music drives us, and Couchtour.tv gives everyone the chance to engage and be involved even if they can’t follow their favorite artist on the road,” added Couchtour.tv’s Derek Haviland.
