Van Morrison announced his first-ever virtual performance to celebrate the release of his double album, Latest Record Project: Volume 1, due out on May 7 via Exile/BMG. The legendary singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist will stream a concert from Real World Studios in Wiltshire, UK on Saturday, May 8 at 3 p.m. ET/12 p.m. PT via nugs.net.
Morrison announced Latest Record Project: Volume 1 in early March and shared the title track. Van followed with “Only A Song” later that month. The livestream special will see Morrison debuting a number of songs from the 28-track double LP as well as performing beloved tunes from his extensive catalog.
