Lake Street Dive are offering livestreams via Mandolin featuring four of the five shows the band has scheduled in June. The June concerts at Beak & Skiff Orchards in Lafayette, New York and Westville Music Bowl in New Haven, Connecticut mark the last performances for co-founding member Mike “McDuck” Olson who announced his departure from Lake Street Dive yesterday.
The quintet will go heavy on songs from their most recent album, Obviously, at Beak & Skiff Orchards on June 5 and 6 as part of a run of the group’s first full shows since the LP was released on March 12. Lake Street Dive will celebrate McDuck’s 16-year tenure at Westville Music Bowl on June 10 and 11 by performing “oldies and goodies with a deep dive into their repertoire.”
All four livestreams are expected to begin at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT. Each webcast is available for purchase individually or as part of discounted bundles through Mandolin. Virtual VIP Q&A and limited edition posters are also on sale now.
Lake Street Dive has yet to name McDuck’s replacement. The group is slated to follow the June performances with shows in late August.
