Longtime Jerry Garcia Band keyboardist Melvin Seals has a number of Melvin Seals & JGB concerts scheduled this month. The group will team up with saxophonist Dave Ellis to end the month with the premiere of “Legion Of Melvin.”
The current Melvin Seals & JGB lineup finds Seals joined by guitarist John Kadlecik, bassist John-Paul McLean and drummer Jeremy Koenig. The group first heads to So Many Roads Brewery in Denver May 10 – 12 with attendance limited to 100 patrons.
Melvin Seals & JGB then headline JerryBerry 2021 May 14 – 15. Next, the band kicks off the Mare Island Cruise-In Concert Series in Vallejo, California on Saturday, May 29. The Cruise-In Concerts are socially distanced drive in style shows held at Mt. Hat’s Mare Island Music Park. Melvin Seals & JGB with special guest Dave Ellis will present a “Legion Of Melvin” performance at Mt. Hat’s Mare Island Music Park on Sunday, May 30.
