Shaky Knees will return to Atlanta’s Central Park October 22nd–24th, 2021 with a lineup headed by The Strokes, Stevie Nicks, and Run The Jewels. Organizers have elected to shift the event from May to October, following the 2020 cancelation of the festival.
Friday will feature Nicks headlining in addition to St. Vincent, Mac DeMarco, Dominic Fike, Ty Segall & Freedom Band, Jay Electronica, White Reaper, Peach Tree Rascals, Amigo The Devil, Tejon Street Corner Gang, and more.
Saturday will see sets from RTJ, Alice Cooper, Portugal. The Man, Royal Blood, Idles, Living Colour, Larkin Poe, Arlo Parks, Mercury Rev, Neal Francis, Charlie Hanson, and more.
Finally, the festival will close on Sunday with performances by The Strokes, Modest Mouse, Phoebe Bridgers, O.A.R., Orville Peck, All Them Witches, Ritt Momney, Black Midi, Lowerton, and more. Scroll down to see the full lineup.
Tickets for Shaky Knees 2021 go on sale today, May 26th, at 1 p.m. ET via the festival website.
In the safety section of the event website, organizers note that while vaccinations are not currently required under Georgia state law, they are “strongly encouraged” for the event.
They also write,
We have taken enhanced health and safety measures for you, our artists and employees. You must follow all posted instructions while attending Shaky Knees Festival.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
By attending Shaky Knees Festival, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
