Lettuce pulled out of their slots at a pair of festivals planned for this upcoming weekend after a member of their organization was exposed to COVID-19. The group will not play as planned at Tedeschi Trucks’ mini-festival and the Hot August Music Festival.
The band was supposed to perform at the LOCKN’ Farm in Arrington, Virginia this Friday, August 27 as part of Tedeschi Trucks’ event. Lettuce was then set to head to Oregon Ridge Park in Cockeysville, Maryland on Saturday, August 28 for the Hot August Music Festival. The latest cancelations come after Lettuce axed their appearance at this past weekend’s Summer Camp Music Festival due to the COVID exposure.
Read a note shared by the band on its social feeds:
“Due to the recent COVID exposure internally, we have made the hard decision to cancel our appearances at LOCKN’ Farm and Hot August Music Festival this upcoming weekend. The safety of our fans, crew, and event staff is of the utmost importance to us.
We will be back soon!”
