85

Foo Fighters are reviving Foo Fighters Radio, a SiriusXM channel curated by the band and featuring its music. The station will take over Channel 105 from October 1 – November 3.

The group confirmed the channel’s return today during an appearance on The Howard Stern Show. Foo Fighters Radio initially ran from February 3 – April 4.

Dave Grohl, Taylor Hawkins, Nate Mendel, Chris Shiflett, Pat Smear and Rami Jaffee each contributed special commentary for the channel including the tales behind classic Foo Fighters songs, demos, rarities and material featured on their 2021 album, Medicine At Midnight. Foo Fighters Radio will also air previously unreleased concert recordings, new shows hosted by band members, cuts from other artists selected by the group and guest DJs spinning their favorite Foo Fighters songs.

A total of four live concerts from Foo Fighters’ vault will be broadcast for the first time as part of the channel’s upcoming run. One such show is the band’s June 2021 performance at Madison Square Garden which marked the return of live music to the legendary New York City venue.
