Robert Walter Shares ‘It’s Not What’s’ & ‘Security’ Singles

Keyboardist Robert Walter continues his Better Feathers “digital 45s” series by releasing singles “It’s Not What’s” and “Security.” Walter is joined by John Kimock on the latter.

Robert Walter composed and recorded 12 tracks at home while self-quarantining since the pandemic began last year. He’s putting out two songs at a time as Better Feathers “digital 45s” issued by Royal Potato Family. “It’s Not What’s” and “Security” is the fourth installment of the series. John Kimock, who along with Robert is a member of Mike Gordon‘s solo band, contributed to “Security” remotely.

“It was time to shift gears and think of the situation as a positive and not a negative; an unexpected abundance of time to emerge with something of value,” the keyboardist said in a statement announcing the series. Two additional Betters Feathers installments are still to come.
