The War On Drugs Release ‘I Don’t Live Here Anymore’ Single

Today, The War On Drugs unveiled “I Don’t Live Here Anymore,” the title track from a studio album due out via Atlantic Records on October 29. Bandleader Adam Granduciel are joined on the single and its accompanying video by LuciusHolly Laessig and Jess Wolfe.

Adam Granduciel, bassist Dave Hartley, multi-instrumentalist Anthony LaMarca, saxophonist Jon Natchez, keyboardist Robbie Bennett and drummer Charlie Hall recorded the 10-track follow-up to 2017’s A Deeper Understanding over the course of three years at sessions held at seven different studios. Granduciel co-produced the album with Shawn Everett.

The War On Drugs tapped Emmett Malloy to direct the “I Don’t Live Here Anymore” video. The visual was filmed at various locations in Los Angeles and includes tributes to classic music videos from the past.
