The National member Aaron Dessner performed as Big Red Machine on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Dessner delivered “The Ghost Of Cincinnati” from Big Red Machine’s 2021 album, How Long Do You Think It’s Gonna Last?
The guest-filled new album from Big Red Machine arrived on August 27. While Big Red Machine is led by Dessner and Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon, the Cincinnati native’s Tonight Show performance of “The Ghost Of Cincinnati” saw Dessner in a solo acoustic format much like the album original.
