Singer-songwriter Joy Oladokun will hit the road in Spring 2022 for her first headlining tour. Oladokun will hit cities throughout North America in April and May to support her recently released debut album, in defense of my own happiness.
The tour begins at Antone’s in Austin on April 7. Oladokun then heads to the West Coast via Dallas and Phoenix for stops in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland and Seattle. Additional April concerts include performances in Salt Lake City, Denver, Kansas City, Davenport (Iowa), Minneapolis, Madison (Wisconsin), Chicago and Toronto.
Joy Oladokun starts a Northeast swing at The Sinclair in Cambridge, Massachusetts on May 1. From there, the Nashville-based musician brings the run to New York City, Holyoke (Massachusetts), Ardmore (Pennsylvania), Pittsburgh, Washington D.C., Durham (North Carolina), Asheville and Atlanta. A hometown show at Nashville’s The Basement East ends the tour on May 14.
Tickets go on sale this Friday, October 15 at 10 a.m. local time.
