Phoebe Bridgers released a cover of Bo Burnham’s “That Funny Feeling” on Dead Oceans. The song originally appears on Burnham’s critically acclaimed Netflix special, Inside.
Bridgers released her rendition of “That Funny Feeling” on Friday via Bandcamp. Proceeds from the single will benefit various Texas abortion funds.
Bridgers co-produced the cover with Tony Berg and Ethan Gruska. Gruska also plays on the track, adding keys. Bridgers’ band on the tune is rounded out by guitarists Harrison Whitford and Christian Lee Hutson, violinist Rob Moose, bassist Sebastian Steinberg, drummer Marshall Vore
trumpeter Nate Walcott and vocalists Maria Taylor.
