121

Courtney Barnett has today announced an Australian tour slated for the first quarter of 2022. She’ll be taking her third album Things Take Time, Take Time on the road with her across four dates.

The four time ARIA Award-winner will be taking to stages in Perth, Melbourne and Brisbane, with a Sydney show still to be announced. These upcoming shows will make up Barnett’s first Australian tour in three years.

She’s celebrating the announcement of the tour with the release of another single from the album, titled ‘If I Don’t Hear From You Tonight’. Listen to that below.

Things will kick off at The Astor in Perth on Thursday, 10th March. She and her band will then hit stage at The Forum in Melbourne a week later on Thursday, 17th March. With a short break in between, they’ll then take to Brisbane’s The Tivoli for a show on Saturday, 26th March.

There’s going to be a massive pre-sale for those signed up to Barnett’s mailing list, or those who are Chugg, Frontier and Penny Drop members. This pre-sale will kick-off on Thursday, 11th November at 9AM local time, and will run for 24 hours, or until all sold out.

General tickets will then go on sale on Friday, 12th November at 10AM local time.

Courtney Barnett’s third record Things Take Time, Take Time will be out everywhere on Friday, 12th November.
