[UPDATE 1/13/22]: GroundUP Music Festival has postponed its 2022 event by several months amid the ongoing spike in Omicron cases. The Snarky Puppy-hosted event, originally set to take place from February 11th–13th at Miami Beach, FL’s North Beach Bandshell, will now go on in May.
“Due to the challenges presented by the Omicron variant of COVID-19, including travel restrictions for many of our international artists and attendees, the fifth annual GroundUP Music Festival will be postponed to May 6-8, 2022,” the festival noted in its announcement.
“While we will need to wait a little longer to experience the magic of GroundUP, we’re thrilled to announce the incredible lineup of musicians who will join us for the new dates. Thank you to this amazing circle of artists and music lovers for your continued support of GroundUP. We can’t wait for the music to bring us together once again this May!”
