moe. has announced a special, three-night Midnight Sun run in Reykjavik, Iceland, set to take place next year on August 5th–7th. On hand for support when moe. takes over the Eldborg Hall in the famed Harpa Center will be Dopapod and the Buffalo-based groove rock quintet Aqueous.
moe.’s Midnight Sun will see members Rob Derkhak, Chuck Garvey, Al Schnier, Jim Loughlin, and Vinnie Amico perform six sets over the three nights on top of supporting sets from the aforementioned Dopapod and Aqueous, as well as additional late-night performances taking place at venues around Harpa in the bustling, downtown Reykjavik.

“We are beyond excited to play a series of shows in this truly unique location. I’ve been lucky enough to touch down in Iceland for an extended layover, and was completely blown away by the diverse landscape, and warm people,” said Derhak in a press release. “Finally after 10 years or so I’ll be fulfilling one of my dreams to make it back there for more than 16 hours. We are thrilled to be able to share this experience with all of you folks. See you all in the land of Midnight Sun, this August.”

A limited number of upgraded ticket packages will go on sale starting Monday, November 8 at 12:00 p.m. ET which will include premium located seats, an additional Sunday brunch acoustic performance from the band as well as exclusive merchandise items and show downloads.
