Pavement confirmed 2022 North American tour dates. The band will play in the United States and Canada in September and October of next year.
Prior to the North American tour, Pavement will reunite to headline ES Primavera Sound in Spain and Portugal in June 2022. The Stockton, California-born band will then begin their North American tour in their home state with shows in San Diego (September 7), Los Angeles (September 9, 10) and San Francisco (September 12, 13, 14).
Pavement then plays Troutdale, Oregon (September 16), Seattle (September 17), Denver (September 19), Kansas City (September 20), St Paul (September 21), Chicago (September 22) and Detroit (September 24). The group heads to Canada for a concert in Toronto (September 26) before a stop in Boston (September 29).
The tour then heads to Brooklyn for three nights (September 30, October 1, 2) followed by Philadelphia (October 5), Washington D.C. (October 6) and Atlanta (October 8, 9). The last show of Pavement’s 2022 North America Tour is currently scheduled to take place in Austin, Texas on October 11.
The band will head back for a previously announced European tour that will now commence after the North American tour dates, spanning October 17 to November 11, and including stops in the U.K., France, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands and Ireland.
