The Allman Family Revival New Year’s Eve concert at Macon City Auditorium in Macon, Georgia has been postponed after a member of the touring party tested positive for COVID-19. The show featuring The Allman Betts Band, Robert Randolph, Samantha Fish, Cody Dickinson, Luther Dickinson, Jimmy Hall and The River Kittens will now take place on February 11.

“Hey y’all, I’m gutted to report that someone in our camp has just tested positive for COVID,” The Allman Betts Band frontman Devon Allman wrote. “We thought maybe we could squeak out the New Year’s Eve show, but to play it safe, The Allman Family Revival show for New Year’s Eve in Macon, Georgia will now be moved to February 11th. All tickets and VIPs will be honored for the new date. We want a safe experience for our audience, band, crew and special guests. This is a very difficult decision as we were so looking forward to ringing in 2022 with you all. Everyone, be safe out there and we’ll see you in February.”

The fifth annual Allman Family Revival tour – celebrating the life, spirit and music of the late Gregg Allman – was recently held between November 27 and December 19. The Allman Betts Band, led by Gregg’s son Devon, served as the house band for the guest-filled performances.
