Steve Poltz has expanded his 2022 tour schedule with 11 additional shows set to take him across the United States between February and March. The new headlining spots follow previously announced winter dates in support of The Wood Brothers.
Poltz will kick things off at City Winery in Nashville, TN (2/22) for a very special Stardust & Satellites album release party. The veteran troubadour announced his 14th album—produced by Oliver Wood and Jano Rix of The Wood Brothers—back in November and it is due out on February 18th via Red House Records.
After a festival stop at Folk Alliance International in Kansas City, MO (2/24–2/26), Poltz will head to the Pacific Northwest for shows at Doug Fir Lounge in Portland, OR (3/1), and The Triple Door in Seattle, WA (3/2). From there, he will make stops in Salt Lake City, UT (3/3), and Boise, ID (3/5), with two performances—March 4th and 6th—to be announced at a later date. A four-night run in Colorado will then end the tour. While in The Centennial State, he will run through Fort Collins’ Aggie Theatre (3/9), Denver’s The Soiled Dove Underground (3/10), Boulder’s eTown Hall (3/11), and Colorado Springs’ Friends HC’s (3/12).
Also on the schedule for next year is a slot at Joshua Tree Music Festival (5/17–5/21) and Strawberry Music Festival (5/26–5/29) in California.
Tickets for all newly announced Steve Poltz 2022 tour dates go on sale this Friday, December 17th, at 10 a.m. local time. Head here for tickets and scroll down for a detailed list of all upcoming shows.
