Pianist Bruce Hornsby shared pro-shot video featuring a solo performance of “Meds.” The clip was filmed this past November during Hornsby’s Deep South Solo Tour. Seven additional videos from the run will be posted on Bruce Hornsby’s YouTube channel every other day.
A studio version of “Meds” was featured on Bruce Hornsby’s 2019 studio album Absolute Zero. Singer-songwriter Blake Mills, yMusic’s Rob Moose and Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon contributed to the rendition found on the follow-up to 2016’s Rehab Reunion. Absolute Zero also includes guest appearances from Sean Carey, Jack DeJohnette, yMusic and The Staves as well as Bruce’s longtime band The Noisemakers and The Orchestra of St. Hanks (Frost School/University of Miami).
