Cheap Trick announced a four-show residency at The Strat Theater in Las Vegas. The Rock & Roll Hall Of Famers will perform at the 900-capacity venue on February 25 – 26 and March 4 – 5.
Tickets go on sale via the venue’s website today (Monday, January 3) at 10 a.m. PT using CTLIVE as a code. VIP Soundcheck Experience packages will also be available, which include access to Cheap Trick’s soundcheck, exclusive merch, a commemorative VIP Laminate and other goodies. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result obtained within 72 hours of showtime will be required for entry.
“We’re going to play sort of like what we had done before, when we’ve played a full album, and then extra tracks,” Cheap Trick guitarist Rick Nielsen revealed to the Las Vegas Review-Journal. “We’re going to try to do that in Vegas. We can play the first album, the second album, third album and fourth album over a four-night stand.”
