Trampled By Turtles, Colin Hay and more are among the additions to the 2022 MerleFest lineup. The festival takes place April 28 – May 1 on the campus of Wilkes Community College in Wilkesboro, North Carolina.
Also recently announced performers include The Steel Wheels, Barbaro, Big Daddy Love, The Contenders, Damn Tall Buildings, David Childers and The Serpents and more. Additionally, MerleFest announced that Hogslop String Band will host the late night jam.
The aforementioned performers join previously announced bands and artists like Emmylou Harris, Greensky Bluegrass, Peter Rowan, Jerry Douglas, Sam Bush Band, Old Crow Medicine Show, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Steep Canyon Rangers and Allison Russell among others.
