Father John Misty unveiled “Q4,” the second single from his forthcoming Chloë And The Next 20th Century studio album. The LP arrives via Sub Pop and Bella Union on April 8 and will be celebrated with a pair of intimate concerts at the Rainbow Room within New York City’s Rainbow Room on April 14.
Chloë And The Next 20th Century is the fifth Father John Misty album from Josh Tillman and includes 11 tracks. Tillman previously released lead single “Funny Girl.”
The follow-up to 2018’s God’s Favorite Customer was penned and recorded during the period between August and December 2020. Chloë And The Next 20th Century sees Tillman reuniting with longtime collaborator Jonathan Wilson on production, while Dave Cerminara engineered and mixed the LP featuring arrangements by Drew Erickson.
