LCD Soundsystem announced a pair of four-concert residencies in Boston and Philadelphia. The band will play shows on March 28 – 31 at Philly’s Franklin Music Hall and on April 3 – 6 at Boston’s new venue, Roadrunner.

The upcoming multi-night runs in Philadelphia and Boston will be the first LCD Soundsystem concerts since the band was forced to cancel the last three shows of a 20-night residency at Brooklyn Steel in New York City last December due to COVID-19. The band led by frontman James Murphy is also slated to appear at the Bilbao BBK Live festival in Bilbao, Spain in July and at the new This Ain’t No Picnic festival in August in Pasadena, California. Additionally, LCD Soundsystem will serve as the musical guest on this weekend’s episode of Saturday Night Live.
