The Lumineers recently performed a cover of The Cure’s “Just Like Heaven” during a Spectrum Session for . Video featuring the group’s stripped-down rendition has been shared on SiriusXM’s YouTube channel.
Founding members Wesley Schultz and Jeremiah Fraites paired up for “Just Like Heaven” with Schultz handling vocals accompanied by Fraites on piano. The resulting version is a dreamy and ethereal take on a song The Cure originally released on their 1987 album Kiss Me, Kiss Me, Kiss Me.
