Euforquestra featuring Kim Dawson revealed the lineup for Camp Euforia 2022, the last installment of a festival the band founded back in 2004. Camp Euforia returns to Jerry’s Farm in Lone Tree, Iowa on July 14 – 16.
Initially, Eufórquestra announced Camp Euforia 2020 would be the festival’s finale. However, the pandemic led to multiple postponements and eventually a two-year hiatus.
Eufórquestra will play three sets during Camp Euforia 2022, including one featuring the original members of the band and festival founders. Cornmeal, Chicago Afrobeat Project, Heatbox and Aaron Kamm & The One Drops are among Eufórquestra friends and frequent Camp Euforia performers who will take the stage at July’s finale. GGlitch Family Band, Public Property, The Maytags, Diplomats Of Solid Sound and Winterland are more of the acts aboard for the festival.
“It’s always been our goal to create a seamless gelling of community and music, and we are proud of the impact that we’ve been able to make in the lives of thousands of people through this festival,” stated Eric Quiner, Executive Director of Camp Euforia and former member of Eufórquestra. “It was important for us to close out this chapter with a lineup that encompasses many of the acts that the success of the festival was built on – it will be one epic celebration that will be worthy to hang our hat on.”
