Rebelution and Steel Pulse are among the acts on the expanded Great South Bay Music Festival 2022 lineup. Presented by Blue Point Brewing Company, the four-day event takes place July 7 – 10 at Patchogue, New York’s Shorefront Park on Long Island.
Rebelution and Steel Pulse join previously announced artists — the festival was postponed in 2021 and carried over a number of acts — like Tedeschi Trucks Band and Joe Russo’s Almost Dead. Known for presenting different styles of music each day, Great South Bay Music Festival gets underway on Thursday, July 7 with indie rockers Grouplove, Manchester Orchestra, Bayside and more. The aforementioned reggae acts Rebelution and Steel Pulse will perform on Friday alongside Sublime tribute act Badfish, Bumpin Uglies and LI’s own Oogee Wawa among others.
Saturday is “Jam Day” at the festival with performances from JRAD, moe., Galactic, Brandon “Taz” Niederauer, Aqueous and more. Sunday sees Tedeschi Trucks Band bringing their Wheels Of Soul Tour to Great South Bay which includes Los Lobos and Gabe Dixon.
