Organizers of the inaugural Wham Bam! Music Festival postponed the new event “due to unforeseen circumstances.” The festival was scheduled to take place this coming weekend, March 10 – 12, at Shakori Hills in Pittsboro, North Carolina.
The Disco Biscuits, G Jones, Lotus and Papadosio were among the acts slated to perform at Wham Bam! 2022. The note from organizers posted on social media announcing the decision did not include a new date. “Refunds will be made available with an official announcement on how to obtain those refunds coming within a week as we work with Universe by Ticketmaster,” explained Wham Bam! organizers. “If you would like to hold onto your ticket until we announce a rescheduled date, refunds will be made available again if you cannot attend the new date after it is announced.”

We would also like to state that the email that has been circulating the internet stating that the festival is cancelled was done without the knowledge or consent of the owner of the festival.
