Belle & Sebastian recently performed Live On KEXP. The Scottish band offered songs from their new album, A Bit Of Previous, and more for the Seattle radio station’s performance video series.
Belle & Sebastian’s A Bit Of Previous arrived on May 6. To kick off their KEXP performance, frontman Stuart Murdoch joked, “We got a new album out so we’re gonna play a really old song for you.” The band then launched into “String Bean Jean” off their 1997 debut EP Dog On Wheels.
The band followed with “If They’re Shooting At You” from A Bit Of Previous before returning to older material in the form of “She’s Losing It” from their 1996 debut full-length Tigermilk. Belle & Sebastian wrapped up with “Unnecessary Drama” off the new record.
