Tame Impala, Iggy Pop and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard headline the 2022 Desert Daze lineup. The 10th installment of the music and arts festival will take place between September 30 and October 2 at Lake Perris State Recreational Area in Lake Perris, California.
Desert Daze will feature Iggy Pop’s only North American concert of 2022 and an exclusive Southern California play from King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard. Additionally, Tame Impala will celebrate the 10th anniversary of their Lonerism album by performing their sophomore LP in its entirety at Desert Daze.
Other Desert Daze 2022 performers include Chicano Batman, The Marías, Sky Ferreira, Cortex, BADBADNOTGOOD, Boy Pablo, Perfume Genius, Reggie Watts, Aldous Harding, Men I Trust, Mild High Club, Viagra Boys and Cymande. Shannon and the Clams, Nation Of Language, Duster, Nilüfer Yanya, Show Me The Body, Daniel Rossen Of Grizzly Bear, Seun Kuti & Egypt 80 and more are also aboard for the three-day event.
Look for video and art installations from Tarik Barri, Mad Alchemy Liquid Light Show, Slim Reaper and others. Plus, Desert Daze will host a screening of Hamilton’s Pharmacopeia along with a Q&A hosted by Hamilton Morris and a chat on Mysticism in the Music Industry with Micki Pellerano and special guests to be announced.
