Connecticut-based jam act Eggy will make their debut at Levon Helm Studios on Friday, August 5. The group has dubbed the show the “Midnight Scramble” in tribute to the legendary Woodstock, New York venue’s history of Midnight Ramble concerts.
Eggy — consisting of guitarist Jake Brownstein, keyboardist Dani Battat, drummer Alex Bailey and bassist Michael Goodman — will perform both acoustic and electric sets at Levon Helm Studios with the Brad Goodall Trio aboard as support. “I’ve spent several birthdays at the Levon Helm Studios,” said Brownstein. “The Last Waltz was the first album I put on when I got my license. Playing Levon Helm Studios with Eggy is truly a dream come true.”
