Ben Folds revealed the program for his “Keys For Kids” livestream event slated for Monday, July 11 at 6 p.m. ET/3 p.m. PT. The one-hour special will feature a musical performance by Folds as well as interviews with special guests including North Carolina First Lady Kristin Cooper and can be viewed via Mandolin.
The North Carolina-based musician recently launched the “Keys For Kids” charitable initiative with the North Carolina Arts Foundation and the North Carolina Arts Council in a mission to bring keyboards and musical instruction to students at little or no cost. Official keyboard partner Casio helped get the initiative underway by donating 35 Casiotone CT-S2000 keyboards to the effort.
While Monday’s livestream event can be watched for free, donations are requested. Unlimited replays will be available on-demand for 48 hours after the original broadcast. Head to Mandolin to register for a free livestream ticket.
