Organizers of the Eddie Vedder-curated Ohana Festival have apparently canceled the 2022 Ohana Encore Weekend event. The two-day music festival was supposed to take place at Doheny State Beach in Dana Point, California on Saturday, October 8 and Sunday, October 9 featuring a lineup that included Vedder, Alanis Morissette, The Black Keys and more.

As SPIN pointed out, Ohana Encore Weekend ticketholders were sent an email from Front Gate Tickets noting that the event has been scrapped “due to circumstances beyond our control.” The email also included the news refunds will be processed automatically within seven to 10 business days.

While organizers have yet to announce the cancelation outside of the email, all mentions of the Encore Weekend have been removed from Ohana’s social feeds and website. Additionally, tickets are no longer available on Front Gate Tickets. The Encore Weekend was announced on June 13. The Roots, HAIM, Band Of Horses, Amos Lee and Marcus King were more of the acts on the Ohana Encore Weekend 2022 lineup.

The Ohana Festival‘s initial 2022 weekend is still slated to move forward as planned September 30 – October 2 at Doheny State Beach. Eddie Vedder, Stevie Nicks and P!nk will headline with Khruangbin, Billy Strings, Brittany Howard, The Revivalists and Manchester Orchestra among other acts on the bill. Purchase Ohana Festival 2022 tickets via Front Gate Tickets.

Pearl Jam recently canceled concerts in Amsterdam; Vienna, Austria and Prague, Czech Republic due to a vocal chord injury suffered by Eddie Vedder. The band is expected to conclude their European tour tonight in Amsterdam.
