Over its 180 years of operation, Riva has grown to represent an pinnacle of production yacht quality that’s analogous to Ferrari’s position in the automobile industry. That legacy continues with the new flagship of its flybridge range: the Riva 130-foot Bellissima.

A blend of carbon fiber, steel and glass form an exterior that’s characterized by distinct, sleek lines. The spherical crystal windshield features Riva’s hallmark counter-curvature, while the hull window is highlighted by a black line that runs along the glistening boat side.

Extensive glazed surfaces reflect natural light to accentuate the main and upper decks, which in-turn offer panoramic views. There are also a few supercar-inspired details such as air intake grills, carbon fiber detailing and a hard top. It’s of course packing considerably more power than any roadgoing ride—twin 2,638-hp engines are good for cruising and top speeds of 23 and 26 knots.

The Bellissima boasts over 645 square feet of livable space. The interior features a 270-degree view saloon fitted with glass and polished rosewood, a master suite on the main deck, four cabins on the lower deck, and a large lobby with en suite bathrooms in between.

The exterior introduces Riva’s new stern concept, which is lower, open to the water and split into a Beach Club and a cockpit. The upper deck is formatted with dining area seating for 10, plus two closed private balconies and a top-mounted sundeck suited to tanning or cocktails.

No word on price, but Riva does say that the Bellissimia was built for an American owner.
