JamBase and Neighbor are pleased to unveil additional details on the upcoming Into The Sun event taking place September 9 – 11 at Soundcheck Studios in Pembroke, Massachusetts. As previously announced, Neighbor will perform in three different configurations throughout the weekend alongside sets from Jennifer Hartswick, The Nth Power, Club d’Elf, Natalie Cressman & Ian Faquini Duo and Duochrome.
On Friday, September 9, Neighbor will perform as a nine-piece. The lineup for “Neighbor 9” is the band’s Richard James (vocals, keys), Lyle Brewer (guitar), Dan Kelly (bass) and Dean Johnston (drums) along with Matt Wayne (Saxophone), Rob Krahn (Trombone), James Cronin (Trumpet), Joanne Cassidy (vocal) and Renee Dupuis (vocal).
Jennifer Hartswick will also celebrate the release of her new album, Something In The Water, on Friday with a full band performance featuring her Trey Anastasio bandmate Dezron Douglas (bass) and others. Additionally, Duochrome recently released their debut album, Sky View, and are celebrating the record at Into The Sun on Friday as well.
Neighbor’s set on Saturday, September 10 will feature classic four-piece Neighbor while their performance on Sunday, September 11 will begin with their first-ever “unplugged” session, a semi-acoustic set that will feature Morphine saxophonist Dana Colley. Neighbor will then deliver an electric set.
Also set to perform on Sunday are Natalie Cressman & Ian Faquini Duo as well as Club d’Elf. The latter’s lineup will include Trey Anastasio Band’s Natalie Cressman and Jennifer Hartswick as special guests. Club d’Elf’s lineup also features Mike Rivard (bass), Dean Johnston (drums), Mister Rourke (turntables), Randy Roos (guitar) and Amy Bellamy (keyboards).
