Volume.com will premiere a concert livestream of Galactic’s recent performance at Nottingham Park in Avon, Colorado featuring special guest guitarist Cory Wong. Volume.com’s re-stream takes place on Wednesday, August 17 at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT.
Recorded on July 3 as part of the 36th Annual Salute to the USA festival, Galactic headlined the event that saw Wong play an opening set. Galactic was accompanied by vocal powerhouse Anjelika “Jelly” Joseph during their appearance, while Wong was brought out to collaborate on a song as well.

Q: Is there something special about Nottingham Park in Avon, CO that you like or that makes it a place you like to play?
A:It is a beautiful setting with a fantastic vibe. We could tell right when we pulled up that this was going to be a great show.
Q: What can your fans expect when they watch this show? Any special moments, obscure tracks or special guests?
A:We were excited to have Cory Wong play guitar with us on “Go Down.”
Q:What was the best moment of this show can you recall? / What can viewers expect
A:Particularly remember the end of the show and the encores had an amazing energy.
