Jimmy Buffett has rescheduled or canceled his fall tour dates due to unspecified “health issues” that led to his “brief hospitalization.” The announcement that Buffett will refrain from touring for the rest of 2022 came with word “Jimmy looks forward to getting back on stage next year.”
The move was made “on doctor’s orders” as Buffett “must take this time to recuperate and heal.” Details of what led to the hospitalization were not revealed.
Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band’s October 8 and 15 concerts at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena have been rescheduled for March 4, 2023 and March 11, 2023 respectively. A new 2023 date for the “Margaritaville” singer’s October 22 show at Snapdragon Stadium in San Diego will be announced soon. Buffett shows originally slated for Salt Lake City on October 10 and Nampa, Idaho on October 12 have been canceled outright.
