Whitney Performs Live For The Current

Whitney delivered a studio session for Minnesota Public Radio’s The Current. The Chicago-based duo of Julien Ehrlich and Max Kakacek delivered stripped-down renditions of songs from their new album, Spark, and also sat down for an interview.

With Ehrlich on piano and Kakacek on electric guitar, Whitney kicked off their Current session with “Memory.” Ehrlich then picked up an acoustic guitar and the duo performed Spark lead single “Real Love” before wrapping the music with “Valleys (My Love).” Julien and Max then chatted with host Mac Wilson about Spark, their 2020 covers album and more.
