Arctic Monkeys will take The Car on the road when they come across the pond for a 2023 North American tour. The run of 22 summer concerts will come in support of The Car, the band’s first new album since 2018, out on October 21st via Domino.
The tour begins on August 25th at The Armory in Minneapolis, MN and features a mix of arenas and amphitheaters. With support from Fontaines D.C., the British indie rockers will stop at major markets including Chicago’s United Center (8/27), two nights at New York City’s Forest Hills Stadium (9/8–9/9), Nashville’s Ascend Amphitheater, Morrison, CO’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre (9/18), and more before wrapping at The Kia Forum in Inglewood, CA (9/29).
Fans can register for the Ticketmaster Verified Fan Presale through October 4th at 10 a.m. ET before the pre-sale on October 6th at 10 a.m. local time. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on October 7th at 10 a.m. local. See below for a full list of tour dates.
Last week saw Arctic Monkeys make their first TV appearance in three years with a spot on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The Alex Turner-led outfit debuted their latest single, “Body Paint”, the second to appear from The Car following “There’d Better Be A Mirrorball”.
