Doom Flamingo Unveils Raucous ‘Telepathy’ Live Performance Video

49

Doom Flamingo shared a live video for “Telepathy.” The performance is from the Charleston, South Carolina-based band’s February 26 concert at Salvage Station in North Carolina.

While the recording of Doom Flamingo’s 2018’s single, “Telepathy,” is not set to appear on Doom Flamingo’s recently announced live album, In The Rain, the band — bassist Ryan Stasik of Umphrey’s McGee, frontwoman Kanika Moore, saxophonist Mike Quinn, guitarist Thomas Kenney, keyboardist Ross Bogan and drummer Sean Bing — are set to return to Asheville’s Salvage Station tomorrow (October 14).

The live performance video of “Telepathy” last time the band was at the Asheville venue boasts some raucous riffage from Kenney along with a thorough synth-soaking with both Bogan and Quinn on keyboards. Moore offers a characteristically dynamic vocal performance on the tune.
