G. Love and Donavon Frankenreiter are teaming up for their first tour together. The 2023 Flying Embers Tour dates are slated to take place between January 12 and February 11 at venues in the Midwest and East Coast.
Frankenreiter will be accompanied by bassist Matt Grundy, while G. Love is bringing drummer Chuck Treece on the road. Each show will feature a collaborative set as per Donavon’s Instagram.
The tour begins in St. Louis on January 12. G. Love and Donavon Frankenreiter then hit cities across the Midwest including Minneapolis, Detroit and Cleveland. From there, the pair and their collaborators head down the East Coast with performances in New York City, Baltimore and Charleston (South Carolina) among the stops. The trek concludes at Atlanta’s Variety Playhouse on February 11.
