Joe Russo’s Almost Dead Postpones Atlanta Run Due To COVID-19 Case In Band

[UPDATE 1/31/23]: Joe Russo’s Almost Dead has announced this weekend’s run at The Eastern in Atlanta, GA has been postponed due a positive COVID case within the band.

“Due to a band member’s positive COVID case, we must unfortunately postpone our shows this coming weekend on Feb 3, 4 & 5 at the Easter in Atlanta, GA,” the band said in a statement posted to social media. “We are incredibly sorry to all our fans who planned to spend the weekend with us.”

The band went on to say that the shows have been rescheduled a month from the original dates on March 3rd, 4th, and 5th. All tickets will be valid on the new dates for the original ticket day and date, meaning tickets for Friday, February 3rd will be valid for Friday, March 3rd and so on for the other days.

[9/17/22]: Joe Russo’s Almost Dead has announced a three-night run at The Eastern in Atlanta, GA on February 3rd–5th, 2023. The run will follow the Grateful Dead tribute act’s appearance at The Capitol Theatre’s 10th Anniversary Weekend Celebration on January 27th–29th.

A presale for tickets to the newly announced Joe Russo’s Almost Dead shows at The Eastern in Atlanta, GA will begin on Wednesday, October 19th at 12 p.m. ET. The password for the presale will be posted to the band’s Facebook page at that time. There will also be a venue presale on Thursday, October 20th at 10 a.m. ET. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, October 21st at 10 a.m. ET.

Joe Russo’s Almost Dead has additional upcoming tour dates including an appearance at Suwannee Hulaween on October 30th and shows at Metropolitan Opera House in Philadelphia, PA (11/11) and The Anthem in Washington, DC (11/12). The band also has a three-night run at Riviera Theatre in Chicago on December 2nd–4th and a two-night New Year’s Eve run at 1STBANK Center in Broomfield, CO on December 30th and 31st.
