Greta Van Fleet Postpones More Concerts As Josh Kiszka Recovers From Ruptured Eardrum

Greta Van Fleet have postponed additional concerts while frontman Josh Kiszka continues to recover from a ruptured eardrum. The band was forced to reschedule their next four shows and will no longer perform for the rest of the month.

Kiszka was injured during the band’s October 8 concert in Bangor, Maine. Greta Van Fleet subsequently postponed a series of shows that month and resumed their Dreams In Gold Tour on October 28 in Charlotte, North Carolina.

GVF postponed their concert last night (Tuesday, November 8) in El Paso, Texas. The band also rescheduled their show tonight (Wednesday, November 9) in Tuscon, Arizona. Other postponed dates include two California shows, first on Friday, November 11 in Anaheim, followed by Sacramento on Saturday, November 12.

“I can’t express how difficult of a decision this is to make, truly,” Kiszka said of the second postponement. “And I’m so grateful and appreciative of all the love and positivity that you all seem to have in boundless supply. This really is a disheartening setback. I think, all in all, at last when we’re all finally together and celebrating in that spirit, I think all will be well and right. And I just want to say that I love you all I thank you for your understanding.”

New dates for the postponed concerts have not yet been announced. Greta Van Fleet will stay off the road until Friday, December 9 when they are scheduled to perform in Atlantic City at Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena.
