Railroad Earth Confirms West Coast-Focused Winter Tour 2023

Railroad Earth will make their way down the West Coast to start 2023. The band announced 12 winter tour dates that include the West Coast trek, a slot opening for Greensky Bluegrass and four nights in Colorado.

The New Jersey-birthed jamgrass act’s 2023 Winter Tour will be their first without longtime bassist Andrew Altman who will parts ways with RRE after their annual Horn o’ Plenty shows in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania next weekend. Altman’s replacement has yet to be announced.

Railroad Earth kicks off the winter excursion with a concert at Seattle’s The Crocodile on January 13. It’s then off to Oregon for shows in Bend on January 14 and Portland on January 15.

The jaunt continues in Blue Lake, California on January 18 and Crystal Bay, Nevada on January 19. From there Railroad Earth returns to California for concerts in San Francisco on January 20, Los Angeles on January 21 and Solana Beach on January 22.

The group will open for GSBG at The Anthem in Washington D.C. on January 27 before swinging through Colorado with shows planned in Aspen on February 8, Frisco on February 9 and Fort Collins on February 10 and 11. Tickets go on sale tomorrow (Friday, November 18) at 10 a.m. local time.
