29

Neighbor will release their self-titled debut studio album this May. The Boston-based quartet will celebrate the album release with a hometown show at The Wilbur Theatre on May 19.

Produced by Matt Wayne and Neighbor, the 12-track LP was recorded over a nine-month span during sessions held at both Ghost Hit Recording in Springfield, Massachusetts and Boston’s Dimension Sound. The band tapped Paul Q Kolderie (The Pixies, Radiohead) to mix Neighbor which was mastered by Kevin Reeves at Nashville’s East Iris Studios. The album will mark the first time the band’s music is available on major streaming platforms and at music retailers worldwide.

Neighbor selected 12 beloved originals for inclusion on their first studio album. “Take Me Alive,” “Isla,” “Lonely Rider,” “Don’t You Cry,” “You Could Be Mine,” “I Saw You,” “Crashing Down,” “Trippin’ In A Van,” “Pine Tree,” Mighty Apple Tree,” “The Weeds” and “Mary And Martha” are each featured on the LP. Neighbor is available for pre-order now via the band’s website.
