JamBase partner Osiris Media brought back The Drop this week. The program hosted by RJ Bee offers daily recaps of music industry news and happenings from across Osiris’ network.
The Drop is available in both audio and video formats. Videos are kept to 90 seconds and can be viewed on Osiris’ Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube channels. The Drop audio podcasts contain a longer look at the biggest stories each day with episodes generally running between five and six minutes.
Today’s installment saw Bee discuss Justin Bieber selling his publishing to Hipgnosis Songs, the recent Las Vegas’ MSG Sphere news, ticketing controversy and more. Osiris Media will release new episodes of The Drop each weekday.
