Domefest has announced the lineup for its 2023 event, set to return to Thornville, OH’s Legend Valley on May 19th and 20th.
Host band Pigeons Playing Ping Pong will hit the stage five times over the course of the festival’s two nights, including one of the group’s customary “Under Cover” sets. The event will also feature the return of Twiddle (two sets) to Domefest for the first time since 2014, and will serve as the band’s final Legend Valley show before its indefinite hiatus in 2024.
The 2023 festival will also feature performances by a mix of Domefest vets and new faces including TAUK, Magic Beans (two sets), Joe Hertler & The Rainbow Seekers, Barefuzz (one original set, one Pink Floyd set), Chalk Dinosaur (two sets), crypto WAVE radio featuring Austin Litz, The North 41, Ernie Johnson From Detroit, and Houseplant. The lineup also includes the return of The Domefest All-Stars, a beloved Domefest tradition that frequently produces memorable moments of live collaboration between the various bands and musicians on the festival’s roster.
On May 18th, the day before Domefest proper begins, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong will also host a pre-party at Skully’s Music Diner in Columbus, OH. Tickets for the pre-party will be available exclusively to Domefest ticket-holders. Details to follow.
Weekend passes are on sale now, with limited amounts of “High Flyer” VIP, GA Car Camping, and RV Passes available. As a thank you to fans, Domefest is extending its early bird ticket pricing tier until 11:59 p.m. ET on Tuesday, February 28th, after which time prices will increase.
