Garcia Peoples and guitarist Chris Forsyth announced 2023 tour dates with support from Purling Hiss on select dates. The tour will see the band focusing on the Midwest and East Coast.
The trek kicks off in Detroit on April 5 ahead of a gig in Kalamazoo, Michigan the following evening. The band then hits Chicago for a two-night stand on April 7 and 8 before heading up to Milwaukee. Additional Midwest dates include St. Paul, Minnesota and Madison, Wisconsin to wrap up the Midwest swing on April 12.
Forsyth and Garcia Peoples play Third Man Records in Nashville on April 14. Concerts in North Carolina follow with the bands hitting Asheville and Carrboro. Purling Hiss will join Garcia Peoples and Forsyth for the final three gigs beginning in Washington D.C. on April 20. The tour concludes in Garcia Peoples’ neck of the woods with two concerts in New York City on April 22 and 23.
