Santana announced 2023 tour dates. Legendary guitarist Carlos Santana and his band’s 1001 Rainbows Tour includes North American dates in June, July and August.
A press release for the tour noted that “Santana will perform high-energy, passion-filled songs from their 50-year career, including fan favorites from Woodstock to Supernatural and beyond.” Following the first leg of his previously announced 2023 Las Vegas residency, the 1001 Rainbows trek gets underway on June 21 in Newark, New Jersey.
The legendary guitarist and his band will then travel to Canandaigua, New York on June 22 ahead of a date in Canada at Niagara Falls, Ontario’s OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino on June 24. Two Ohio shows in Northfield and Huber Heights follow on 25 and June 27 respectively. The June portion of the 1001 Rainbows Tour wraps on June 29 in Detroit.
Santana resumes the trek on July 26 in Oxon Hill, Maryland. A two-night stand in Atlantic City, New Jersey follows on July 28 and 29. July 31 will see Carlos and company in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
On August 2 Santana comes to Bangor, Maine. A two-night run at Boston’s MGM Music Hall at Fenway follows on August 4 and 5. The last date on the 1001 Rainbows tour so far is at MassMutual Center in Springfield, Massachusetts on August 6.
