The Postal Service and Death Cab for Cutie added three new shows to their upcoming joint tour celebrating the 20th anniversaries of the former’s Give Up album and the latter’s Transatlanticism LP. Additionally, Warpaint and The Beths have been tapped as support on select dates.
Both acts led by Ben Gibbard will play a third night at Denver’s Mission Ballroom on September 28 following previously announced shows at the venue on September 26 and 27. The Postal Service and Death Cab For Cutie then head to Texas for concerts in Austin on September 30 and Grand Prairie on October 1.
Tickets for the three new shows go on sale next Friday, March 3 at 10 a.m. local time. Pre-sale tickets go up for grabs on Wednesday, March 1 at 10 a.m. local time.

Iron & Wine will open the tour closer at Hollywood Bowl on October 17, while Built to Spill kicks off the action at the famed Los Angeles venue on October 15. The tour starts with a two-night stand at The Anthem in Washington D.C. on September 5 and 6.On March 10, Death Cab For Cutie will release Asphalt Meadows (Acoustic) featuring stripped-down versions of songs from their 2022 album of the same name. The 12-track collection also includes a cover of Low’s “The Plan” recorded as an homage to late Low drummer Mimi Parker. Death Cab issued “Foxglove Through The Clearcut (Acoustic)” today from the pending LP.
